During this past summer my wife Bonnie and I decided to  combine our disciplines and collaborate on quilt projects. The quilt shown on this page began with me developing an acrylic painting on Kona cotton. When the painting was finished, Bonnie continued to transform the completed painting into a quilt. Using 2 layers of batting, she quilts with a wide variety of Aurifil cotton, silk and trilobal polyester threads.
